Light After Loss is a gentle, supportive grief group created to offer a safe space to share, breathe, listen, and heal—at your own pace. It is for anyone navigating loss in all its forms — death, divorce, identity shifts, health changes, or the quieter grief that comes with life transitions. Whether your loss is recent or years behind you, you are welcome exactly as you are.
When: 2nd Tuesday of every month
